I have had this app for almost two years now changed phones from a oneplus 7 to a google pixel 6a and updated multiple times. ringer has never worked. tech support trys to help but we never get anywhere. several of my other employees use this app on IOS and have similar issues. I don't think telzio cares.

I updated from the earlier version of this app because none of our customers could ever hear me... and now our customers STILL can't hear me, and the ringtone is beyond loud and annoying and I can't find any way to change it to something that won't give me migraines. I can't uninstall this because I need calls forwarded to my cell phone when I work from home, but you better believe I'm turning DND on when I'm actually in the office and answering the landline instead.

I use this app for work since my boss doesn't provide work phones, and I'm an android user. The fact that every time I call a client, my line always seems to be choppy/non-existent while my co-workers' apps seem to be working just fine is really frustrating because it seems like I'm a scam caller.
