We got a smartwatch Forever KW-300 from a friend, they don't use it anymore. She unbind the watch, deleted app from the phone. I still cannot bind the watch to my account, because it forces the old one. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS, how to reset watch to factory settings or delete account on the app. Nor in manual, nor on the web. I wrote an email to "customer care" (shame to call it this way), there is no response in a month. I am deeply disappointed. It is not a way to treat customers.

Tracking response when on demand takes very long, sometimes might need to exit the app and login. LBS tracking is terrible,shows irrelevant location. WiFi tracking also deviates significantly from actual location. GPS tracking is ok, Camera quality is terrible. 15 years old Sony Ericsson at the same resolution had far better photo clarity. Video call mostly does not ring at far end. Health app crashes on watch causing it to overheat and drain battery. When retrieving SMS,Greek chars dont show.

Wow this app is absolutely terrible! When the child videocalls you unless you are literally holding the app open it doesn't ring making this watch absolutely useless! Massive disappointment! Came to add location is not even close to being correct! I'd definitely avoid purchasing this with all these very serious errors. It renders itself completely useless! Majorly disappointed! If i could give zero stars instead of 1 i definitely would!
