Ratings and reviews

Do not buy KidiWatch! I can't login to the app for days. I contacted customer support multiple times– there's no dailing option, only Whatsapp & email, where they disappear in the middle of the conversation! On top of that: 1.The location map is inaccurate and unreliable. 2.Setting geofences is complicated and not user-friendly. 3.The app doesn't send notification when a message is sent by the watch. 4.Charging the watch is problematic, it takes several attempts to get it to start charging.

History feature is worthless. It will include lbs locations in the tracking, which means that every time your child is out of GPS reach, the app will show that they flew 5 km away. Also, very poor tracking. I set to report every minute, it barely reports every 10 minutes

Few bugs. Wheb trying to set a fence - the "save" disappears from the button and when pushing anyway it says "no empty" Also not able to see pictures from applications Only one picture shows, for the rest I receive messages that there os a new photo but it doesnt get uploaded the app And lastley, remote camera does not work Other than that we are satisfied
