Ratings and reviews

Since last update the app doesn't work anymore, at this end. Login messed up, not possible to retrieve reservations. Hence, also managing them it's not possible. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, including change of pw. Login onto the website possible, but nothing else ... please, repair.

Just like the Ascott website - this app is an unmitigated disaster. It is like they have nobody test it even for 5 minutes before putting it out. Almost nothing works as it should.

Unstable app. Load very slowly and booking unable to complete
