It has always worked for me. The battery lasts about 24hrs. My long cord that attaches to the machine quit working and I called customer service and was promptly sent a replacement. I have also been sent extra leads that attach under my incisions. I'm satisfied with the device.

Doesn't stay synced. Often takes 10+ attempts before it syncs data. If I didn't need this for surgery recovery I wouldn't use. People in recovery don't need the added stress of poor coding and a bad app.

Does not stay synced,it takes several attempts to work. The app is currently not working at all, and now the battery charger doesn't want to charge.
