It takes 2-6x to deposit a mobile check even with the correct information written on the check. Zelle is supposed to be a feature but isn't even on the app which makes sending money 4-5 days slower. In general the app has very minimal features and little help. I once filled out a contact sheet on the app to set up something in my account and never heard back.

Constantly makes me re-enter my password even when I'm signed up for finger print log in, and then when I do enter my password says it can't verify my information. I've had this problem for years.

I've never had any trouble using the app. Occasionally, it's off line but wouldn't deduct a star for that because most banks have the same issue (or more).
