Not thrilled. With my old bank, all my accounts showed up on y bank app. With this one, I have to go to a separate site and this app's icon does not show up on my phone's icon screen. I have to go thru Settings and Apps to find it.☹️👎. I'll get used to it, I suppose. But I don't like it. I still haven't figured out how to transfer my paymeymt.

Unfortunately, this app does not work at all for my mom and I. Our bank had its own credit card that, for whatever reason, got transferred over to TIB. We can sign into the website but trying to sign into the app is impossible as it says our information doesn't match their records. I hope this is just a glitch that gets fixed but it's been weeks now.

Samsung Galaxy S8: App is off to a good start. Has more configurations than the website which is a big improvement. Was able to update personal information which couldn't be done on the website and instead had to call customer service. Two factor authentication is now standard for added security. App's design and functionality is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Noticed several minor bugs but nothing too broken or messy. Looking forward to future updates and app's continued improvement.
