Ratings and reviews

Mixed feelings, the app itself is great, easy to use, and convenient for mobile banking. The only thing I can suggest is not to lock your debit or other cards on the mobile app because the cards page becomes unavailable often and all of your locked cards become unusable until an update is released to fix the app. I've had this happen 5 or 6 times a year. The only way to fix it is to call Customer Service or visit your local branch.

Right now, I'm very disappointed. I have never had a problem with this app . I've had it forever. Since the beginning of the week. I can't access my account. When I click to enter it goes right to a blank page . Anyone else having a problem? What can I do to solve this. I would rate 4 but not at this point..

App works perfectly well but has one major problem for me. My phone has a fingerprint sensor which is convenient. This app supports fingerprint login, also convenient. What isn't convenient is every time I turn on finger print login, it's turned off the next time I try to login completely defeating the purpose in my opinion
