The Nakamichi Advanced Media Control application has been redesigned for better utility in controlling your Nakamichi source units.

Every time I tried to use the equilizer from the app, it crashes the app itself. Also the NQ723BD seems to lag at times maybe it runs out of memory or something but it behaves like it's having a hard time to play the flac files in the correct speed, when you try to control the functions are unresponsive

this application is not very user-friendly, and not all of the car radio's options are accessible. Nevertheless, this application allows you to restore the EQ settings in the event of a crash. (which often happens with my NQ523BD car radio). to conclude: indispensable, but could be better.

It's sad day when I purchase a stereo for my truck, install it and then find out half the features I need, I can't access. Tried three different phones and none of them work currently with this app. So I ended up reinstalling my old Sony from the 90s cause it has better tunability.
