About this app

Powerful app to collect and process time and attendance data with TimePilot Extreme Blue clocks. This app will support both the original Bluetooth and the much fast BLE version of the Extreme Blue Clocks.

With this app you can collect data from one or more TimePilot Extreme Blue time clocks, edit the data and let the app calculate total work hours including overtime. Employees clock in and out at any Extreme Blue or Blue II time clock. Using this app you can use your Android phone's Bluetooth to download the data from the clock giving you real-time calculations of hours worked as well as see at a glance who's clocked in and who's not.

Add a free Dropbox account and you can now upload the data to the TimePilot Central desktop PC application from anywhere. Or simply upload your records to Dropbox for retrieval later. Best of all there are no subscription fees.

Don't have a TimePilot time and attendance system? The TimePilot Extreme Blue II app will still work for you. You can upload your clock-in and clock-out data to a free Dropbox account and view it with a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Apple's Numbers. (Records are sent in .csv format.)

You can also manually clock employees in and out using this app when your employees are working at a location that doesn't have an Extreme Blue clock.

I've had this time clock and app for 4 years and have never had a problem. I believe the recent update has caused it to stop working. It is extremely frustrating when Friday comes and you have no idea what any of your 8 employees have worked as well as no other way to extract the info on it. Really disappointing to have what I thought was a good product go in the trash all because of a app

Upgraded to newer phone and had to install this app because the old app said is was not compatible with new phone. Been trying for two weeks now and still cannot get this app to connect to time clock. Keeps saying "connecting" "trying again" "connecting" " trying again". The clock will occasionally blink green like it is connecting then just shuts off. Been using time pilot for 8 years been through 2 time clocks and every time we upgrade phones we get issues. Switching away from Time Pilot now.

I was so excited to get these clovk for my small business however it just wont connect via Bluetooth like it is suppose to. Im starting to think it to buy something else. It is quite frustrating when i spent so much money getting thse and they won't connect. Sigh
