I've had this time clock and app for 4 years and have never had a problem. I believe the recent update has caused it to stop working. It is extremely frustrating when Friday comes and you have no idea what any of your 8 employees have worked as well as no other way to extract the info on it. Really disappointing to have what I thought was a good product go in the trash all because of a app

Jay, We apologize for the problems you are experiencing. Google had changed the requirements for Bluetooth communication forcing permission on scanning for new devices. We have posted an update that should resolve the problem I believe you are having.

Upgraded to newer phone and had to install this app because the old app said is was not compatible with new phone. Been trying for two weeks now and still cannot get this app to connect to time clock. Keeps saying "connecting" "trying again" "connecting" " trying again". The clock will occasionally blink green like it is connecting then just shuts off. Been using time pilot for 8 years been through 2 time clocks and every time we upgrade phones we get issues. Switching away from Time Pilot now.

I was so excited to get these clovk for my small business however it just wont connect via Bluetooth like it is suppose to. Im starting to think it to buy something else. It is quite frustrating when i spent so much money getting thse and they won't connect. Sigh
