They are never available and the customer service is very bad... a year ago I asked them to change the control panel of my cameras and add another camera. and they never came...the service is terrible please do not use this company at all it is horrible to have a contract with them it is hell on earth..It's a shame I can't give them zero stars

The app keeps messing up and it's constantly updating and still not working properly. I won't be using this service again or referring it to anyone

Ever since i updated been having problems with viewing todays date instead i see yesterdays footage
