It doesn't list if an item is in/out of stock. You have to submit the order first and then it lets you know, but doesn't allow you to go back and edit the order to switch out out of stock items with items that are in stock. You have to go back in and do a whole new other order and just hope those items are in stock or you have to do the whole process again. It's very irritating, frustrating, and time consuming. Also, there are no product descriptions listed only size and weights.

Let me start by saying that I despise the iMark hand held ordering device. Teeny tiny buttons, the constant need to juggle the stylus while ordering, confusing product descriptions and the inability to search bu SKU or UPC. It's a slow process. This app makes my job SO much easier. the scanning could be a little faster, and it would be nice if there were more item photos added to their listings, but all in all this has been an improvement to the ordering process.

The app is getting better which is great. One thing we need is item numbers for items that pair. For example, it's almost impossible to find the correct soap that belongs to each soap dispenser. If you're able to click the item, and have a matching item number listed for its counterpart that would be EXCELLENT. The same rule applies for cups and lids. If we can click on a cup, and somewhere in the description it show a matching lid item number it would solve so many headaches with wrong orders.
