OK.One deposit made after trying for three days. Yet to make another deposit. Reaching upto download stage and then could not proceed. Interest rate is good but losing time since this is not a user friendly app. Needs a lot of improvement. Devendra After using it since 2022, I can say that this is a very user friendly app and I got the loans in minutes which was very much needed by me at that point of time. I thanked the authority for such a wonderful experience, a rare experience in govt. cos.

Extremely convenient for renewals. However interest rates are not promptly updated on the app; showing old rates.

Superb. I opened a FD through this app. It was very smooth sailing all through, including submission of 15H. Thank you. Hope to recieve good service of my FD from TNPFCL. One problem: unable to download FD certificate. I click "view certificate"; certificate is displayed but could not find a "download" button. Can you please guide about downloading certificate. I wrote this review almost 3 years ago. I continue to hold the same opinion now in Jul. 25. Excellent prompt and dependable service.
