This app is a joke. I cannot access my account. Says it sent a code to reset my password but no code arrives. The fact you need this app to see tickets received on the Ticketmaster app is a complete joke. I have spent almost an hour just trying to see the tickets I purchased and there is zero technical support or way to actually get help. Total Fail!!!!

absurd that you need to download this useless app in order to get the tickets you were forced to purchase in a separate app.
