No customer service. The company does not ever answer any emails, which is the only way to contact them. We set up tocomail as an annual subscription via their website, but last year, Google Play asked us to pay monthly. So, we assumed this was instead. But no, without warning, Tocomail also charged us the annual fee a few months later. I contacted them straight away and tried several times, but they never responded. I now have to cancel my credit card, so they can't charge me again. So bad.

Started using Tocomail when it was free, all my kids accounts were tied to this email - when they started charging for it, I discontinued its use. Now after these few years I am having trouble shifting their accounts (Minecraft, Yousician, Khan Academy, etc) to their new email addresses since our access to Tocomail is blocked, and the account changes require we access their old Tocomail accounts to get their account change request info. I shouldn't have to pay to retrieve their other accounts.

Don't be fooled -once you set up your account they then hit you with the subscription fee. Currently about 2.30 GBP per month. I have deleted the app. It might be great but I object to the deception. I'm really sorry I didn't write this I think I'm being hacked

Thank you for trying Tocomail. It is clearly stated in the description that you have to subscribe, but you will not get charged until the 7-days trial expires.
You cannot be hacked or forced to subscribe to any service w/o confirmation in Google Play payment dialog. In any way, you can cancel the subscription anytime during or after free trial.
