Every time I place an order through the app, it selects a random day and time other than the ones I select and I end up having to call the store to have them grab a manager to cancel it. Only use the browser version, disregard the app entirely. They'll end up double charging you and I'm still not sure if the charge falls off.

The first time I tried using the app, it would only let me order for 7:30 pm. Tried again today, picked the time for today, ordered. Imagine my surprise when the order showed 2 days from now. Had to call the store and cancel, then go to the store and order in person. This app is terrible. Manager is nice, but seemed to think I am the only one with issues, clearly not based on reviews.

App used to be great. Ordered ahead of pickup, and it was always smooth. Now, I can't even place an order through it. The app crashes and deletes my order as soon as i hit "place order." I often support other business because of the downfall of the app and lack of being able to order ahead.
