The initial borrowing experience has been swift and seamless. I haven't yet reached the payment stage, so I will update this review with my impressions of that process as well. Update: The overall loan experience was smooth and fast, with quick approval and cash disbursement. They offer reasonable interest rates; one suggestion is that they also offer shorter terms.

It has been 3 years I am using this app. I really like the platform. It is very easy to use. Though for some reason my loan option has been greyed out regardless if the loan has been paid out for ages now.Is there no re-assessment? And I already find transfers and payments bothersome as I am not getting the OTP. When I used to get it. I tried configuring my phone settings and even sorted to restore all settings. But still OTP on this particular app to no avail. Other banks are fine.

I have always been a responsible and good payer of my loans, and I make sure to pay on time and follow all terms and conditions. Because of this, I was surprised and disappointed that my application was not approved.
