I too have questions as to why no delivery work is being offered in my area. I was accepted as a driver several months ago and I have tried calling and sent emails. I haven't heard anything. I am in the Buffalo area and I haven't seen one delivery offer come through. What's going on? I also visited two Advance Auto Parts stores and they both said they don't use the app. One said they no longer use the app.

Hi Sean! Buffalo used to be our busiest city! Some of our customers made some changes and now use Uber, DoorDash and Walmart for delivery. We still offer the city to sign up as we’re always trying to get new business. Seeing as the app is free and we made no promises of work, we hope that you’ll reconsider your rating! :)

not getting on demand orders shuttles or any others 2 to 3 weeks in. but have seen success with friends in other states. 😶 IDK I guess business in my area is not using it but have heard great feedback from friends in other states.

Yeah unfortunately it's been a slow summer. Just like you said, some cities are doing well while others are slow. We're always working on ways to bring more volume to the platform.

Was able to log in and go active, now can't even log in. I Uninstalled and reinstalled app and still nothing. When I am able to log in it is impossible to get orders. I get notifications that there is order and nothing ever shows in the app. Don't know if they are just new in my area or what. Only received about 6 notifications for orders in two weeks and when I go to app there is nothing there. I really want to work this app I hope I am able to log in eventually.
