The only reason I actually ever had a problem with using this app and linking my other products to was because of my older WiFi router. I don’t really know why that was an issue as it was functioning as normal, just wasn’t allowing to me connect newer devices to before I replaced it. Once I replaced it with a new router, everything connected and linked up flawlessly. Most all of my devices are android products. Watch, phones, my personal tablet, and MacBook. So, all of those had been linked up just fine for the couple of years I had that router so just didn’t realize for the life of me to think that an older (2 years old) router could cause these problems. It took me a bit of research to see that it was the router and not the other hardware I was a trying to get online with everything. Once that was all replaced all of my and non items have connected and work flawlessly. I wish there had been more support in that aspect through forums and such, but I ended up finding that information on an Android forum because people on that forum were talking about it because I was wondering why my nieces tablet wouldn’t hook up to my WiFi. Anyway, now that all of my technical issues

Interface is intuitive. Changing over to a “virtual” remote didn’t give any comfort. Messed around with it for a few minutes and I was a pro. We use a lot of subscription services and this works very well with all of them. TV responds better with APP Cast too.

I miss my old remote app ☹️ this one is spotty and the ads drive me crazy. If the app isn't used for a short period of time it disconnects and you have to close it, reopen it, go through all the ads again. It's annoying.
