If your wav file was opened directly by another app, you are setting that app as a default player for .wav files. Please go to that app settings, and "clear default":

Magic Jack was once a service to enjjoy but now you are advised to avoid. I have tried to cancel several times and no longer pay for the service but they have not ended it so I keep getting emails letting me know I have a message which I cannot access if I wanted. I suggest that if you stop using it, before you do that change the message to indicate you have stoped.

Had it for5 years, worked fine as a backup, let it lapse then because of piss poor phone service tried it again, Got nothing but one headache after another. Spent hours on the phone trying to get t to work with their techs .After hours I can finally get the messages left but cannot make calls and get nowhere with their service personnel. Would never use them again!!! Signed up for and prepaid for 5 years. Cannot get information now to cancel and get a refund.

It sucks. I've already uninstalled and about to go searching for another voicemail attachment playing app...though it's doubtful I'll find one. Magic Jack is a great deal so I guess they ekinl on the extras and this is definitely one of them. Everything about Remote Wave absolutely is the worst it could possibly be. I'm sure of it. Don't even waste your time.
