slow and buggy. 1. An AC control UI won't load (must clear app cash to make it work again). 2. Partial Google Home integration (can't select mode heat, cold, etc.). 3. Can't connect AC to a dual frequency WIFI (must be 2.4 GHz or you must have an old device that can connect only to 2.4 GHz)

Bad for Android good for Apple 🍎 While this app will connect your Tornado X model to the WiFi just fine when using iPhone, it actually doesn't work at all for Android. The application is also extremely slow; It takes ages to load the information on screen. The only OK thing about it is the UI. It's not good, but it's also not bad (user-friendly). Doesn't deserve more than 1 star though, app is not smart at all. It barely has any good features.

It is a low edge app!!! Once I have set up my AC timer, it is gone, and now I have to wake up every night to turn it back on because there is no way to cancel it!!
