This app experience is terrible. ​I tried a ₹509 recharge which showed 'Failed'. Support said the plan was inactive, which the app should have notified me of BEFORE payment. ​The biggest issue: The failed recharge amount was credited to my Tradgo Wallet. When I asked for a Bank Refund, the support team flatly refused! ​They insist I must use this amount for another recharge through their app. This is holding customer money hostage due to their own system failure. Very Bad Experience! This app used to work fine earlier, and I regularly did recharges without any issue. But yesterday when I tried to recharge, the money was deducted from my account, but the recharge didn’t happen. The amount was credited to Tradgo’s wallet, but nothing was shown in the transaction history. When I opened the app again later, it automatically logged me out. While trying to log in again, I entered my number but kept getting “Try Again” and then the app crashed automatically.

It's a total scam app. Never install or add money to it. I added some money for recharge but always recharges are getting failed. Then I tried to convert money to buy a Phonepe gift card which is available in their gift card menu, but when I clicked on buy then the wallet money got deducted and the gift card recharge got pending. So no matter how much you try or try different things, you can't use your money once it is added to your wallet. They are totally scammers. Never use this app.
