In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6 paragraph 3 and 26 of Decree No. 22/12 of March 25, 2022 on the Creation and Statutes of the Public Establishment called Academic Transport, in acronym Trans-Academia. It pleased the President of the Republic Mr. Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO to provide students with a means of transport to facilitate their movement.
The said public establishment will have a legal personality and will enjoy its administrative and financial autonomy called "Academic Transport" abbreviated as "Trans Academia". This establishment aims to provide public transport for students of higher education institutions and University of the Democratic Republic of Congo at preferential rates.
