Take an active role in your CPAP therapy with MySleepDash, a mobile application that keeps you informed about your previous night’s therapy. From information about your therapy hours to pressure and leak summaries, MySleepDash enables to you monitor your nightly CPAP therapy and progress. You can also quickly review the settings of your device, access Frequently Asked Questions, and download or share your compliance with your healthcare provider.

Note: MySleepDash is available only for Transcend Micro, Transcend 3 and Transcend 365 (Transcend 3 and 365 require a Bluetooth dongle sold separately). Compatibility with the Transcend 3 and Transcend 365 will vary depending on your mobile device.

Completely useless. Just reinstalled (again) to try to fix the sync issues that have persisted for a year. I can see the device in my Bluetooth available devices list but clicking on it shows "pairing" for only a second before disappearing. Support in the past has been useless. They gave me a few suggestions but the person I was talking to essentially gave up when those didn't work. Users beware: you're on your own.

Just talked with Nate (phone # in other postings) and he was fantastic. Working now. Great support! Helpful perspective on what's coming and how to address issues. Old review: Like so many others the app doesn't work, and I can't get the device to connect. I am concerned I don't have the right settings but I can't tell. Help.

This app is trash. I can't even set up an account. First off, the birth date function doesn't permit direct input. I have to scroll backwards through 780 months to get to my birth day. After that I get to the email verification screen and it won't send a verification email (yes, I've checked spam and trash). I was pretty excited about getting a travel CPAP. Not now. If they can't do the simple functions in their app I'm wondering about the quality of their CPAP product (that I'm unable to use).

Hi Curtis, For the birthday, if you tap on the year in the upper left, it will allow you to scroll to the specific year. This should clear up your issue with the months. Let us know if you were not able to get connected and we can walk through it 651-621-1801. Thanks
