Can't get past the initial screen where it tries to initialise, it says it's my internet connection but that's fine. Tried WiFi and 4G, neither worked.

I have had access via my mobile phone however it now tells me my details are incorrect and the app won't load!

This app is not the real app I didn't ha e to pay for it or anything n now all my baby pics from my doc office is gone... Crappy app
