The new update is horrible! I have trouble logging into the app. I didn't have this problem before the update. The app is slow. I am not a fan of this new update. 😒 I haven't been able to log into the app for the past two weeks. 10/7/21. Update: The Truesky app has made great improvements. I am very please with its operation. It works on and off wifi. It moves quickly. I have access to all accounts including Zelle. I can transfer funds, make payments & send money. 05/11/2025

The "more details" button on my Visa account doesn't work! This is where yoy see the amount and date of payment due, plus outstanding transactions! It's pretty important. Called and waited an hour to speck to tech support. Basically, "I don't know why your button doesn't work, It works on my friend's account"! God!!! This is so frustrating!!!! Get it right before you implement it!!!!

Not ready for prime time... Initially, I thought downloading the app might be more efficient than using the web browser to check balances etc.. Unfortunately, most times I was not able to use the app and reverted back to the browser which worked without fail. I removed the app and re-installed and a couple of times I was able to use the app. I tried the app several times recently and have not been able to access using wifi or cell data which is troubling. So, put me down as unsatisfied..
