Ratings and reviews

The game isn't bad, but the commercial for it has false advertising. In the commercial I saw for it on TV, it said no ads, no chatrooms, and no in-app purchases. The first two were accurate, but the app does have in-app purchases in the form of memberships. I'm rating it four stars because I want to be gracious, and I want to be optimistic about this app's future. As it stands now, I WOULD rate it 3 out of 5 just because of the subscription. Not enough space to say anything else or I'd say more

My son liked the games. But we have been locked out of our account and unable to reset the password and log back in. So, we have been paying for 6 months without the ability to play for part of that time. This game has cost a pretty big chunk of change over the last 6 months, and we have only played a few times. It's very frustrating. I sent an email to them asking for cancelation and a refund for the time we have been locked out. If the company responds, I will delete this review and rewrite.

Tried the 7 day free trial and (ends tomorrow) right away we realized this isn't something we will use, so I tried to cancel the 7 day free trial. It wasn't working how they said to cancel the subscription on their "help" page. I want to cancel before I'm charged the $69.99. I have sent 4 different emails throughout this week and they have NEVER answered me back.. extremely unprofessional..
