I absolutely loathe this app. My employer forces me to use it. I have had so many problems...battery drain, randomly stops working and I have to uninstall the app, un-enroll and re-enroll. I have had to do this so many times it is not funny. Even still, I get these popups non-stop throughout the day. I spend more time logging in than doing my job. I love my job but I am seriously considering finding a new one just because of this app. That's how terrible it is. I hope employers are listening!

My company uses this app. I previously had a Galaxy Z Flip 3 and while the app worked, it was extremely slow to log in. I recently upgraded my phone to Galaxy Z Flup 4 and the app doesn't work. I reached out to my IT Support and they just told me to log in using the traditional method (username and password). 😆 They mentioned they've been having constant complaints for the app. Yikes!

This is extremely archaic and user unfriendly. The finger print mode is very difficult to use. Most of the time it took at least 5 tries to get through a finger print scan to login. Then, there is the Okta acknowledgement mode. A screen would show up asking if you are using Okta to login, with a 1 minute count down. But there is NO button to approve or decline....
