Okay, so I have use Golden Security Systems for some time now and have set them up a few times. Not an easy task to start with. My network went down so I had to install a new router. I can't get the security system back up and can't seem to get help without having to SKYPE with the service department. UPDATE: After working with support we discovered that it no longer could see my Pixel phone (primary phone) but it could see another phone. I was able to set the WiFi on the unit.

Sucks bad. Doesn't work. Keeps saying "off line". Instructions are not clear. Messages kept saying "fail". Tried resetting and reinitialized, but could never connect the unit to home Wi-Fi. Support? I don't Skype, I don't use Whatsapp. What about email? Update info or I'll simply have to return this order. Update: The app came on line and the system worked, but after the latest update, we cannot program an exit delay. It shows everything but just does not work. FIX PLEASE! OR CANT USE IT !

When setting to "arm" from the app it says "application came to an error and needs to quit" and closes. New issue: this thing should be able operate for several hours being unplugged, but it started sending "low battery" SMS after 90 minutes a blackout happened. And now it sends me 3 SMS per minute, same gets my wife. this thing will eat all money i have on the phone account before power restored. Great algorithm!
