I love this app. It is not overcrowded with tabs and information. It has a simple user friendly format which is easy on the eye and you don't have to be tech savvy to use it. The idea of the SOS emergency button is awesone and gives me sense of security. I am yet to use the 'Report Crime' button but it's nice since you can upload photos/videos and has a dropdown to categorize crimes. Only issue is the exiting. You have to use the home button then clear from the tray. I suggest a simpler exit.

This app was perfect at 1st and when I recently download it on a new phone it's showing a wave and nothing else. Please fix back the app it really helped the few times I had to use it. Especially since anytime we call landlines it's not working or the officers don't even bother to show up on domestic violence cases and elderly abuse.

At first it was an amazing experience for me, the response time was second to none, then, in one of the recent updates, it's been telling me that I'm not online and it will report my crime when I establish an Internet connection. I have a good connection both WiFi and data. I've tried uninstalling, clearing app data, cache, obb files, restarting app and my phone, nothing works. Please help me fix this issue.
