The Entrypass is an application developed by KSI-UAJY since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. This application is used to screen people who meet the requirements to enter the environment/building of the Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) campuses in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This application is a pair of other web-based entrypass applications that are made explicitly for administrators. Lecturers, employees, students, guests, and outsourced workers use this application to gain access to the UAJY campus. The administrator can schedule users who are considered eligible to pass into the UAJY campus on a specific date (or several dates). On the scheduled date, the user can pass into a building on one of the UAJY campuses, and the user must scan the QR code using this application, and it will be recorded as having entered (checked-in) into the building. If a user wants to switch buildings, they can scan the QR code at the gate of the building. Users need to press "exit building" to check out from the UAJY campus. The user's presence and which building while on the UAJY campus will be known, and the administrator will also be able to see the number of visitors in each building. Users cannot enter the building if the building's quota has been reached. In addition, this application is also used as a recording of the daily attendance of the staff.
