The redemption transaction UI is Buggy. When I proceed, I got two identical components to input the funds details. The lower component was not allowing to select the details! Same behavior in the bank account section too! The default account is already set and an 'OR' between the optional account section. The OR indicates that I should be able to proceed with the default account. But was unable to submit without filling up the optional bank account section. Such bad experience is never expected from UBL and the software development team, perhaps graduates of NED, KU, FAST, NUST and others...!!!

Instantly uninstalled it. Substandard application for such a service, UI is ugly, unresponsive, crossing screen, and what's up with the font ? Looks like 2010s app. This app might well just make me pull out all my investments because I can't always login to web version. Sigh what a disappointing.

(Redite) I deleted app and downloaded again now the issue is no more so rating change to 4 I'll give 5 star if you change the interface it's old like make it new and modern thank you
