About this app

Unifocus’ cloud-based Mobile App allows employees to manage their schedules and gets managers out from behind their desks. It helps employees and managers communicate more effectively and cultivate customer relationships, while still meeting demand. This is a recipe for increased satisfaction and equates to a rise in your bottom line

Employees can review work schedules, swap or drop shifts, view time cards, track hours, and request time off, all in the palm of their hands. With improved communication and the ability to access their information, any time, any where, employees are more productive and satisfied.

Real-time data allows managers to view schedules, call-ins, late staff clock ins/outs, and employees in but not scheduled, any time, any where, all while controlling overtime costs. Customized alerts such as upcoming breaks, approaching overtime, and even late to clock out, allow managers to communicate with employees and make decisions while still tending to guest's needs.

- To successfully login and access Unifocus features, the Mobile App features must be enabled for your property. Please contact your manager to confirm whether this has been done.
- Employee Schedules must be published by your manager before they become visible in the application.

Ratings and reviews

This app needs some serious work.... it constantly crashes and throws errors for no reason whatsoever. Also, it doesn't even open correctly either, and it's absurd to have to fight with an app just to clock in at work. Hopefully, an update will fix it, but it seems like from other reviews, it's probably not going to be. Fix the app PLEASE!

It mostly works well. This only part that consistently malfunctions is the message sender. It always gives me an error and won't give me a list of recipients. On the rare occasion it does work it sends the message to everyone in the company. It doesn't give an option to send to supervisors. I don't like it that everyone who works there can read about everyone else's issues and reasons for being late or calling out.

Lots of issues, the app was made to be easier for companies, for their employees to be able to clock in on their phones, and handle anything like availability and scheduling. I haven't even worked with this for a year, and I now cannot clock in, still can't change my availability easily, and experience multiple crashes either weekly/monthly. I wouldn't offer this to any other company at this time, due to all the issuss it presents.
