About this app

A Mobile Banking App aimed at using cutting-edge technology to bridge the gap between innovation and banking services. It allows users to perform the following banking services:

- Customers can have a live chat with a bank staff to lodge complaints.
- Funds Transfer: Users can transfer funds from their accounts to any account of the same bank (Same Bank Transfer). They can also transfer between they own accounts (Own Account Transfer) and seamlessly transfer funds to any other banks.

- Account Enquiry: Users can make balance enquiry and transaction enquiries on their account. They can search for transaction history of their account in a given date range.

- Request: User can do various request offered by the bank. Such request includes Statement Request, Chequebook request, ATM request, forex rate, Stop Cheque, Block ATM, etc.

- Loans: Loan Balance Enquiry and Loan Quotation are all available on the mobile app to help users know their loan status anytime and generate a loan quotation

- Investment: Users can make an enquiry on their running investments.

- Find Branch / ATM: With just a click of a button, user can locate all available branches and ATM location closer to them

- Fast Balance Feature: This is a special feature that allows users to know their account balance without logging in to the application.

- Blink Pay: This is a unique feature that allows user to transfer funds to a beneficiary they don’t know their account number but their email addresses. A form request is sent to beneficiary to fill banking details to complete payment

- Settings: Users can personalize the applications with various user settings such as Change Narration, Chane Account Name, Set and Change Transaction Pin Code, Change Password, Fast Balance Activation/Deactivation, etc.

- Customer Complaint: Feature for users to get their complaint and challenges reported to the bank

This is one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. The text doesn't display correctly, and you can only see about 30%of the messages in pop-ups. Biometric login only works once after you set it up, then breaks when you exit the app and try to log in again. The fast balance feature doesn't work, and every time you log in, the app takes you through the first use tutorial. Too many bugs for a mobile banking app, with no effort to fix the bugs introduced by the last update from 10 months ago.

This is the worst mobile application I have ever used. 1. It's been over 2 months now, i have tried for the first time to transfer money from my SLCB account to my other accounts at the ECOBANK and ACCESS BANK to no avail, not even able to create a Beneficiary 2. I have decided to uninstall and install, i cannot login in anymore, i decided to download the SLCB app on my android phone today 24/02/24. Hoping that the problem will be resolved, i cannot login error 404.

I refuse to give 5 stars because you do not have a debit card. But honestly the app is good and happy for you guys going on degital. Please try all possible means to get a debit card provided t your customers. I will really love to see that happen. Thanks for the app
