Terrible App Now. It doesnt Recognize Router even though it's online and NOW it doesnt Recognize my Email Address. When I create a New Sign up then it DOES Recognize my Email. It's a Endless Loop!! United You NEED to Fix this App. I can no longer control my internet.

The app doesn't work at all. The other app that goes along with this one where you can pay your bill doesn't work either. The internet works just fine. It still doesn't work after updating and uninstalling and reinstalling.

Want add a second admin and the arrival of the email takes so long (if it even arrives) creating a second admin times out (only 1 hour) before it can be done.
