Ratings and reviews

As previously stated, after the update on 10/6/25, the app no longer connects to the dog. I owed and used the robot a total of 2 hours before the update and now it's dead. *edit* The app was finally updated on 10/10 but closes instantly when opened. *edit 2* It turns out that turning off my VPN solved the problem and the app appears to work. A pop-up at app start warning about turning off the VPN would be VERY helpful.

App full of bugs. won't open, AP and WiFi mode won't open after latest firmware update. Unitree does not reply to complaints. When you see fancy videos they are from Unitree techs who ensure their Go2 is running bug free. Just read all the negative comments here and on the Unitree Go2 owners group on Facebook before you invest. My first Go2 Pro was defective and returned. 2nd one from same supplier on ebay in Pennsylvania has bugs also. Once I did firmware update, Go2 does not work or the app.

app crashes it want work and every time I try to use the app it blinks on and off.
