The App is ok, though you will get push messages from their marketing department. The real problem is with their customer support. Emails go I responded to for days, if there are multiple exchanges, your resolution could takes weeks or months. All orders are held until complete, if you order back issues with a pre-order slabbed book, you could be waiting six months, with no option to split the order even for an additional shipping fee. You best hope there is no damage to those back issues.

Zero customer support. They don't answer phones, don't answer DMs, don't answer emails (except with a bot) so if you have any problem with an order you're on your own. They will spam you relentlessly multiple times a day though!
