Unfortunately, over the last few months, I have had one issue or another with this application. I am currently using Unum for my long-term disability claim, and I haven't had access to my information for almost a week now. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times. I have tried updating my phone. Turning my phone on and off, and nothing works. Truly and constantly disappointed in this app.

This app is probably the worst that I have ever had the displeasure to use. Unfortunately, I needed to use it, but nothing works. Sometimes I can log in, sometimes I can't. I can see a claim number but I can't view the claim, and if I try too it tells me the app had a glitch and says to restart. If by some miracle I am able to get to the page to upload any documents that I am required to upload, it tells me they are uploaded, but then nobody from Unum can see them for some reason.

Recent update, as of Sep,2024, broke the app and has made it inaccessible. When logging in, it displays technical issues message and doesn't work at all. Anyone have issues, I recommend you use the website as of now. You can submit absences on the website by viewing temp. leave time or call them as soon as they open to report it.
