Excellent App! Works so smoothly! I'd like to add how great customer service is and how they answer all questions so efficiently! Note: applying for FMLA was very fast and easy for us. We already had our Massachusetts State paperwork done, not knowing we needed to use UNUM. So we uploaded the completed documents on the app it took 2 minutes. And because we already had paperwork in hand was approved the next day! Thank you Unum! My so needed this to care for me.

I had app access until my claim was received & approved. now I cant log into it at all. I feel apps are easier & faster than using a website. With an app...BOOM!! Youre ready to sign in and go! The app isnt as user-friendly as it could be, but I figured it out enough to give & receive documents needed. After a month of use, the error message 'try again later' pops up when I try to log in. This forces me to use their website, which has fewer options than the app. Tried everything, app wont work.

No longer able to send a message to reviewer and get a response back . If you call and get through, you can never talk to your caseworker. So you give a very specific message to the rep to relay and somehow it is lost in translation. The ability to message solved that issue but they took it away. Will never go paperless.. FYI: logout in profile and settings section. Creepy cartoon people, too! Concentrate less on the visual and more on functional.
