This application aims to record the receipt of delivery permissions and confirm their receipt. The original use of this application is the representative of the supplier, and the requesting party can also use it for final registration and adding items to its custody. The receiving location is recorded on the application to confirm the arrival of the items to the correct place in the entity. This application needs an internet only to load the permissions on the phone, then the internet can be stopped to maintain the package and deliver the party, then at the end of the day the delivery representative can restore the internet and upload what was delivered to the server. UPA Vendor uses this app to make sure the orders are delivered to the end customer. The application runs online and offline. Delivery agent uploads orders to the app online then he can go offline and deliver it to customer and when he comes online again data is synced with UPA servers
