app won't even load anymore. can't even manage to download it from the play store again. and it has terrible lag when it was running. if you wanted to see yesterday, you'd swipe and it would land on 3 days before. over all a terrible experience. wish our restaurant had a better service. just because you run a program doesn't mean it's a good program and there has been zero positive response to criticism and use feedback. get it together

I get a blank white screen. Tried uninstalling, restarting phone, did this over a course of a week as a ticket was sent for investigation. Thankfully I reached out myself after not hearing back. Apparently my investigation was closed as resolved which it completely was not. Then I get disconnected twice trying to get updates. Sounds like our company needs to make a switch.

Like a read on a recent review. App is not loading, blank white screen. No actions available, forced stopped. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Also noticed that there hasn't been an update since August of last year.
