So at this point I'm still undecided. Just bought a home with this installed, thought it was a "cool" feature but as noted in many reviews...the setup is convoluted & not user friendly, I can't figure out how to delete old account & create a new one - and calling them is useless. I actually googled the so called customer service line, and they gave me another # and wished me good luck. So right now the only thing good, is that worked when I connected the app. However it's not very intuitive or user friendly. Also I'd like to know if you can activate (unlock) over wifi so instead of assigning an "Ekey", I can just unlock door from a remote PC instead. But again - I can't even reach a live person to ask. So then there's that...clearly they aren't looking for retention?

I was initially concerned when I installed this lock and then saw the reviews when downloading the app. But our experience has been tremendous. No issues installing the lock physically and digitally. The lock works perfectly and is easy to control. I even called customer support with a question and received a call back the same day and was given a direct line in case I needed any further assistance. Love the lock!

I like the app so far,but I would like to know why it runs constantly instead of just when I occasionaly use it to activate the lock. Trying to cut down on apps that run the battery down. My previous lock had its own remote and did not interfear with my bluetooth headset, guess I will just have to work around the "who gets the bluetooth control" 😁
