Terrible...hard to navigate through tournaments and I am STILL to this hour,which is 3rd hour ,trying to withdraw money. Tried live chat...webpage can't be found..so frustrating

Downloaded. Loaded $10. Tried to join a table and couldn't, was notified that I'm not allowed to play through this app because I don't live in the state of New Jersey, and there was no option to withdraw the $10 I loaded. After going through a laborious process to contact customer service, where I was not listened to (as if the person who was speaking to me either was not actually reading what I wrote (or, they didn't understand English.. 🤷)), I was told that I'd receive a refund in ~3-5 days.
