Calculate new vancomycin dosages or adjust existing dosages. You will receive dose calculations taking into account the AUC for intermittent and continuous application. Designed for training healthcare professionals to calculate in adult patients without renal replacement therapy to estimate effects of vancomycin dosing and to understand pharmacokinetic formulas.
