Can't schedule for overdue tests & procedures. Can't change profile image. Even if it has to be authorized, I'd still like the option to do so Would be nice to have a reminder alarm instead of copying appt info to different apps. Profile personalization colors are limited and boring. Otherwise this app is definitely awesome in letting you link other medical chart accounts, providing your visit summarys, test results, health charts, etc.

It would be nice if I could change my profile picture. It's literally impossible. The receptionist keep changing then claim they don't know how when I want it deleted. I don't understand why this isn't possible when they change it all the time. Could you please enable profile picture change?

I absolutely love MyChart. I use it for everything medical related. Most importantly, I am able to review any tests and communicate easier with my doctors. I send them a message, and it's always returned right away.
