Ratings and reviews

The app frequently doesn't work, constantly requiring me to reenter information, they don't display your access number anywhere in the app even though you need it if you want to pay outside of the app. The bill pay isn't quickly accessible which isn't too big a deal until it doesn't work regardless. Not only do I not recommend the app, I don't recommend this company in any way.

seems to be working like it's supposed to. no complaints so far. no security issues so far. normally 5 stars means there's something incredibly remarkable about the app. In this case it's because I love my credit union. the only annoying thing is that sometimes when I try to scroll through my accounts, instead it thinks I'm trying to rearrange the order they're in.

It's a little clinical, and has some redundancies, and buttons and menus that could be bigger for those of us with ham-thumbs. The money transfer system is still their old one from the website, which I find clunk, feels like it could be easier to find and more streamlined. But the overall experience is solid and consistent.
