I used to love it. I can catch a view here on the other coast a minute or so after launch, but I also like to watch the launch from the launchpad first. Today I could not get video. Just a black screen with a loading symbol turning forever. rebooted phone. uninstalled and then reinstalled app. No change. I don't know what happened but I hope it gets fixed.

This app sucks! You can't watch the video of the launch because it never loads. For the launch this afternoon all I had was a black screen with a swirling circle acting like it was loading but never did! Same with the launch this evening. A black screen with the swirling circle. 🤬

Ever since this new version of the app was deployed, the launch alerts are delayed by several minutes. By the time I get an alert, the rocket has been launched and gone out of sight. Y'all need to fix this! 😡 Update almost a year later: the app still sux
