Was working fine before recent updates. Now it will not load at all. Just stuck on the start up screen.

The app sucks. I've called dozens of times & spoke with a representative about the app not working properly. They've still failed to fix it. My preference is to pay through the app so I can see my account balance rather than over the phone.
