NENA 9-1-1 MÉXICO is the organization that officially represents NENA international in Mexico and Latin America since 2009. Its objectives are to disseminate the practices, standards, training and information available on everything related to the 9-1 emergency response service. -1. It is a civil association created as an autonomous extension of the American organization NENA 9-1-1 (National Emergency Number Association).
For more than 14 years, the association brings together international leaders and particularly from Mexico and Latin America who direct, manage, coordinate and operate Emergency Call Centers: to help them in the training of personnel, as well as the creation of standards and certification of processes for emergency response.
Our mission is to promote the availability and implementation of a universal emergency telephone system, through the use of technology, research, planning, training, standardization and citizen culture.
