What does a B-Fit training look like?
B-Fit is everything you need to make your daily life feel fit and energetic again. During the training, use is made of the body, realistic movements. This time the device at the gym does not decide which movements you are going to make, for the change you decide it yourself. Just like in real life you have full freedom of movement at B-Fit and all the work is done through your muscles. This activates the muscles in the body that are not used when using conventional fitness equipment. At B-fit we use essential elements to be able to exercise in a targeted manner. These elements can be found in every training session. Here are the three main elements of each training:
• Interval training HIT Condition
• Muscle endurance Power
• Core-stability training Belly and Back
Every week for a wide and varied range of workouts for the whole body, where you are constantly motivated to get the most out of your body.
