Unreliable. This app always logs people out and refuses to let them log in again even if they use the correct credentials or even change the password. It is a headache for everyone

The app tells me i need an update i try to update it tells me i already have the update installed. Tried updating my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, turning off and back on, tried on different wifis, tried closing the app and reopening, tried checking for updates in the app store. None of its worked. It does not work and I'm losing my mind.

Crashes and glitches often, over complicated for simple things. Was glitching on 2/5, was told to uninstall and reinstall, had not gotten past the loading screen since. It's been two days. Have tried on wiki, on data. Have un-installed again. Nothing works.
